      The monitoring of the populations of the Emys orbicularis (Spotted Turtle) species, which is in the near-threatened (NT) category according to IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature), organized by the Çankırı Branch Directorate of Nature Conservation and National Parks, was carried out on 11.10.2024 with the participation of Nature Conservation and National Parks personnel under the consultancy of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emin Bozkurt, one of our vocational school members. Observations, counts and evaluations of the area were made and these were recorded and kept by the institution.
