On November 6–7, 2024, participation was made in the Health Sciences Festival "Sağlıfest" organized by Karabük University, together with the students of Şabanözü Vocational School of Çankırı Karatekin University. This event provided an important platform for discussing innovative approaches and current developments in the field of health.
The event featured interactive presentations on a variety of topics such as new methods used in health education, the future of health policies, the increasing role of technology in healthcare, the promotion of healthy living, and the importance of healthy city design. To this end, various booths with different themes were set up and enriched with visual displays and hands-on demonstrations. At these booths, practical presentations were conducted to provide information on the use of technology in healthcare and traditional treatment methods.
In addition, visual materials and seminars were organized to promote a healthy lifestyle, focusing on healthy nutrition, physical activity, and mental health. Throughout the event, students not only gained theoretical knowledge but also acquired practical experience.
As a result, Sağlıkfest proved to be an event where Karabük University successfully brought together its health-related educational and research efforts with a broad audience, enabling highly effective knowledge exchange.
