As part of his Social Contribution program, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kubilay Toyran, a faculty member in the Medical Laboratory Techniques Program at the Department of Medical Services and Techniques at Şabanözü Vocational School, held a seminar titled "Mysterious Creatures: Bats" for 9th and 10th grade students at Mehmet Doğan Science High School in Kalecik, Ankara, on October 22, 2025.
The event began at 2:00 PM in the high school`s conference hall. The seminar, designed for the students, provided information about the general characteristics of bats and their role in the ecosystem. At the end of the seminar, students` questions were answered.
At the end of the seminar, the school principal, who noted the significant benefits of such activities for the students, presented Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kubilay Toyran with a certificate of appreciation.
